Priddy’s Hard is a stunning and historic development in Gosport, dating back to the 17th century.

Originally constructed to strengthen Portsmouth Harbour’s defenses, it later served as a major gunpowder repository. In the 1950s, the land was sold to the dockyard and eventually transformed into a remarkable residential development.

The site features 198 flats spread across 14 buildings, with the prominent Pearson House facing the Millennium Bridge and the picturesque blue harbor. Residents enjoy extensive grounds, ample parking, and beautifully landscaped borders along the building fronts.
